The 'Lost' series finale: Let go
Posted on May 24, 2010 | No CommentsThe mantra for the finale was "let go." So... let go. Take a deep breath. -

The Comic-Con Battlestar Galactica panel had a fascinating energy. Was it exhaustion? Was it readiness to move on to the next thing? " title="'Battlestar Galactica' faces the end at Comic-Con" />

Stargate SG-1 fans got a double-thrill at Friday's Comic-Con series of panels with a panel that included both Michael Shanks (often a convention no-show) and Richard Dean Anderson (back for the Continuum movie). " title="'Stargates' open up at Comic-Con" />

Say what you will about David Boreanaz (and people have said plenty, both good and bad) but damn can the Bones star liven up a Comic-Con panel. " title="'Bones' gets clipped at Comic-Con" />

Dexter fans will get blood aplenty when the show's third season premieres Sept. 28, but it won't be the only bodily fluid flowing. The show's Comic-Con panel -- helmed by stars Michael C. Hall and Julie Benz, plus executive producers Clyde Phillips and Melissa Rosenberg -- went to great lengths to discuss how serial killer-turned-forensic scientist Dexter Morgan is finally growing up. If we learned anything from the Doctor Who and Torchwood panels at Comic-Con, it's that writer Steven Moffat's dating life is worth the years of laughter on Coupling; John Barrowman is a cheeky monkey; and Tosh is dead. " title="Funny business for 'Doctor Who' and 'Torchwood' at Comic-Con" />

Andy: Ryan, I'm sort of hesitant to mix it up with you today. My record isn't great. I definitely lost our Indiana Jones battle royale, and the women of G4 ended in a draw because... well, their shows are both good. Now, I'm about to argue the unpopular side of the sort of discussion not seen since the basement-dwellers tried to compare Kirk and Picard. Yes, I'm going to argue Michael Keaton is a superior Batman to Christian Bale. Cue the boos from the peanut gallery. " title="Batman Versus: Michael Keaton vs. Christian Bale" />

Misfits Tamara and Andy will be in attendance at Comic-Con, and the great folks at Sci Fi have invited us to their SCI FI VIP Digital Press Weekend. Personally, I like to refer to it as the Weekend of Awesome. Even more awesome? We want you to give us questions to be asked at the various panel events. A shadowy informant slipped us the following video, but the video encoder at Zap2it HQ was mysteriously zapped by a 1.21-gigawatt burst and... well, we had to wait for the clip to make it onto YouTube. That said, we think you'll enjoy this crossover between Intersect agent Chuck Bartowski (from Chuck, natch) and BPRD super-agent Hellboy. " title="Chuck, Hellboy face off" />
